One day I came across these questions by this brother, he said…
“My friend I just want to ask you today, do you have the FIRE of a fighter? Are you able to take hits from this life and keep going? Sometimes when the hit is so bad, you take it and you might take a knee, but you get back up.
Are you able to keep going on? Are you able to keep pressing? When the adversary, the enemy of our soul, comes in this life and tries to attack you, and tries to take you out, and tries to get your mind off of the things of God, off of kingdom building, off of winning souls, are you able to take a hit and say I am able to keep going, I am going to keep praising, I am going to keep worshipping, I am going to keep witnessing no matter how hard you hit me?
If you hit me devil, if you hit me enemy, I am going to swing back. It might take me a second, I might have to fall on my face before God but I am going to get some strength and some Holy Spirit power. Best believe when I come back I am swinging hard and I am swinging with everything I got, I am swinging to knock you out devil, knock you out of my life, knock you out of my relationships, knock you out of my home, knock you out with your lies!
Do you have the FIRE inside of you?
“This is a war, we are on a battlefield, people are dying and going to Hell. Hell is real, the FIRE in Hell is real. We can either have the FIRE of God inside of us or feel the FIRE in Hell, or you can have the FIRE inside of you and continue to go through fiery trials until you get right!!!” – Marcus Rogers
When I heard this brother preaching this, I was instantly reminded of this verse that I would read over and over wondering what was Paul referring to:
“ye have not yet resisted to blood striving against sin”- Hebrews 12:4
Now I believe this scripture is referring to having been hit so hard by the enemy that you stumble and spiritually you feel wounded! You feel like you’re on one knee and when you get wounded you may even bleed right?
Paul is telling us, though we stumble and we may be wounded spiritually, we can’t let the enemy win, give into sin or give up on this walk of faith!
This brother continues….
“Matter of fact we gotta say, “if you hit me devil, I am going to swing back. It might take me a second, I might have to fall on my face before YAH, I’m going to get some strength from Yahushua (Jesus) with some Holy Ghost power, and best believe when I come back, I’m swinging harder with everything that I got to knock you out enemy!!
Do you have the FIRE inside of you? 
If you believe Yahushua (Jesus) is our Messiah, if you believe HE died for our sins, and you’re willing to turn away from a sinful life and turn to HIM, the FIRE of the Holy Spirit has been birthed inside of YOU!
“I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and FIRE” – Matthew 3:11
So will you let that FIRE go out inside of you? Or will you rekindle that FIRE, with love, passion, faith, praise and worship for our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Messiah.
Don’t ever let the FIRE Yahushua baptized you with burn out from inside of you!!!
Yah promises when you go through the FIRES of life you will be unharmed. Just as HE helped Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego…
“And the satraps, administrators, governors, and the king’s counselors gathered together, and they saw these men on whose bodies the FIRE had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them”. – Daniel 3:27 
Yah said HE doesn’t give us more than we can bare!
Trust those words, keep fighting and continue to have that FIRE of the fighter! YAH won’t let the fiery trials consume us! I know what it’s like to be in a season full of fiery trials! I mean back to back, trial after trial, I’ve been in the so much that if you look closely you may see that fire coming out of my eyes and it’s to the point now that all I can do is smile, because I know this fire is creating in me the man God desires me to be!
“do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed you may be glad with exceeding joy” – 1 Peter 4:12-13
The fiery trials are used to mold and strengthen us, as well as build a stronger FIRE within that is used to defeat the enemy with all his attacks and temptation!!!
Sometimes in this fight of life, the only thing we are going to be able to hold on to is the promise of YAH, especially as we go through the fiery trials and storms in life! If the enemy hits you so hard that you begin to take a knee, while you take that knee you’ve got to begin to pray and hold on to those promises of YAH!
Whatever we do we can’t lose our motivation and we can’t let the enemy take that FIRE from us or take the fight out of us! I remember when I was in the world and I was training for boxing, all I thought about was fighting. I woke up ready to fight, I go to sleep ready to fight, I’d walk in the gym looking for new people to step in the ring with and now I am in the greatest fight of my life which is the Good Fight of Faith (1 Timothy 6:12) and it should be no different! This is by far the greatest fight, for Ephesians 6 says that we don’t fight against flesh and bone but against principalities of darkness and it’s evil forces! This is a war and the enemy seeks to destroy us!
See, no matter what the enemy brings, we should not quit or give up. He is going to hit us in different ways, he is going to send lies, send corrupted thoughts, tempt us with sin, tell us we are not worthy of Yahushua, tell us we are not anointed, try to manifest fleshly desires, try to send division among brothers and sisters and even family, attack our finances and attack marriages or our children!
Satan comes to attack in so many ways. The Bible says he is roaming the earth seeking who he can devour.
“Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” – 1 Peter 5:8
The enemy comes to destroy like a roaring lion, but it’s only a counterfeit because he knows we have the FIRE OF THE LION OF JUDAH inside of us!
We are in a battlefield. Souls are dying in their sin and ending up in Hell by the minute! The greatest power the enemy has is lying, deceiving and temptation. He can’t make you do anything or make you believe his lies, he can only send them to you. Are you going to let him sow seeds of doubt so you can start to bring your self down and start beating yourself up, becoming your own worst enemy?…
“So when the devil hits you, you need to hit him back hard with everything you’ve got! That should be our motivation. How dare you come against me, how dare you come against my family, how dare you try to steal my dreams, steal my spirit, steal the joy that the Lord has given me. When I’ve got the Spirit of God living inside of me, The Bible says I am more than a conquerer, I will fight you devil with everything that I’ve got, I am coming against you in the name of Jesus with the power of the Holy Ghost that is living inside of me. I will not quite, I will not be knocked out, I will not go down for the count. Jesus is living inside of me and I already have the victory” – Marcus Rogers
So we have to remember it’s either we have the FIRE of Yah inside of us, or face the fire in Hell!
So do you have the FIRE of the fighter inside of you?
Remember the answer is yes! All those who love and desire to have an obedient relationship with Yahushua (Jesus) has this FIRE! but it’s up to us to keep it ignited, it’s up to us to keep fighting on this Good Fight of Faith! What should keep us going on this fight is that, as each day passes, we’ve got to realize it’s only one day closer to the Kingdom! This should be our ultimate motivation! Also we have to know as long as we endure, Yahushua said we are guaranteed VICTORY!!!
